A history of growth
The SEKISUI SPR is a global pipe rehabilitation provider which has grown to become world leader in this field within a few years.

1996 Preussag AG decides to create a global rehabilitation company for pipe infrastructure, PRS

1998 the Chevalier Group, together with PRS, founds a Hong Kong-based joint venture for the local market, Chevalier PRS Asia

2000 Chevalier PRS Asia founds several holding companies in order to serve the entire Asian market through companies located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai und Taiwan

2002 Chevalier buys PRS shares in the NordiTube and Rib Loc technology companies

2004 Chevalier creates the CPT Group, which includes majority holdings in NordiTube and Rib Loc, as well as a global sales and support network and the construction companies KMG, CPR and CPC.
CPE Chevalier Pipe Equipment was founded. The CPT Group tops the range of products with leasing and sale of equipment.

2007 First Sekisui SPR Project in Hong Kong with CPT construction company

2008 SEKISUI takes over the 75% of the shares in the CPT Group and forms SEKISUI CPT. First Sekisui SPR project in Europe with KMG

2009 Renaming of SEKISUI CPT into SEKISUI SPR. Forming of SEKISUI SPR network with Heitkamp Inc. und SEKISUI SPR Americas LLC. Launch of new SEKISUI SPR brand.
