Edmund Luksch is CEO of the internationally launched company SEKISUI SPR Europe GmbH and is thus responsible for one of the world’s leading groups in the sector of trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

He is an engineering specialist in the fields of pipeline construction, industrial plant construction and pipe rehabilitation. He was initially active on a national level, but later his activities and responsibilities increased to include the global market of underground infrastructures. After working for nine years as an authorised representative for diga GmbH, he switched to Preussag Anlagenbau GmbH and, as a Branch Manager, assumed responsibility for several national sectors. A while later, he was granted joint power of attorney of Preussag Rohrtechnik GmbH. In his fi rst year at the 5,000- employee company, he was responsible for a turnover of €1 billion. Further more, he was a member of the management and on the Board of Directors of Preussag companies in Asia, Europe and the USA. By that time in 1996 he was awarded a contract by the Preussag AG Board to establish a leading pipeline rehabilitation company as a direct competitor to Insituform. During the course of an MBO, he founded Preuss GmbH and incorporated the sectors of pipeline construction and pipe rehabilitation.

In 2002, he became Director of Chevalier Pipe Rehabilitation Ltd. and incorporated the two sectors in the Chevalier group which is based in Hong Kong.

Edmund Luksch is a member of the Technischer Ausschuss des Rohrleitungsbauverbandes e. V. [Technical Committee of the Pipeline Construction Association] and a member of the Board of Directors of the Institut für Rohrleitungsbau an der Fachhochschule Oldenburg e.V. [Institute for Pipeline Construction of the University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg]. In addition to his native language German, he also speaks fluent English. He lives with his family in Hanover.
