TUBETEX™
TUBETEX™ liner is an interactive pipe liner created especially for the rehabilitation of gas and water pipes.

Rapid, flexible - TUBETEX™ has proven its exceptional qualities in over two decades of use in pressure pipe rehabilitation for gas and water infrastructures. The economical solution for pipes with leaks, corrosion or heavy incrustation.
TUBETEX™ - A mature system

TUBETEX™: a seamless tube
The TUBETEX™-System uses a seamless tube made of high modulus polyester yarn. This tube - with an extra inner coating depending on the application, whether gas or water – is inserted into the pipe. Once it has been cured-in-place, the liner creates a new, smooth and leak-tight surface. Any interior corrosion is stopped, and the pipe is protected from any further build-up on a long-term basis.

Originally developed in order to rehabilitate pipes in earthquake-prone zones in Japan, NordiTube brought the lining system to Europe in the early 1980s. Two decades and many kilometres of rehabilitated infrastructure are a testament to the mature technology of the TUBETEX™ liners.

TUBETEX™ provides a comprehensive rehabilitation solution for all pressure pipes up to 14 bar, with a diameter range of DN 100 - 1000.
